What we collect
Your name and phone number; the names and phone numbers of neighbors you add; request details (number of packages, size, whether one is heavy, and your note); when each step happened; and feedback. We never collect addresses or locations.
How we use it
Only to send login codes, package pickup requests and status updates about those requests.
We never sell or share your number
We never sell or share phone numbers or personal information. We use Twilio only to deliver texts. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Texts to neighbors
A neighbor gets one invitation from each person who adds them, then texts only about requests from people they joined for, plus a closing message for any request they were asked about. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop all texts, or HELP for help.
Deleting your data
Email dan@neighborlyhelp.app and we'll delete your account and the neighbors you added.
