Terms of Service
About this service
Neighborly helps neighbors ask each other for small favors, like bringing in a package while they're out. You create an account with your phone number, add the neighbors you trust, and send quick pickup requests. There is no fee to use Neighborly. Message and data rates may apply.
Acceptance
By using Neighborly, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Fair use
Neighborly is for coordinating favors between real neighbors. Don't use it to harass anyone, send spam, or add people who haven't agreed to be your neighbor. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Neighbors you add
You are responsible for adding only people who have agreed to hear from you. Anyone who was added can stop all texts at any time by replying STOP — we apply that opt-out immediately and across every user.
SMS Terms & Conditions
Neighborly's text messaging program sends account verification codes and texts related to neighbor favors you or people you joined have requested. When you sign up, you'll receive a one-time verification code. If a neighbor adds you, you'll receive an invitation with a link to join, and if you join, texts about their pickup requests and their status. There is no marketing. Message frequency varies by activity — typically a handful of texts per request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop all texts, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Privacy
We never sell or share your number. See our Privacy policy for how your data is handled and how to delete it.
Changes
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
